T&C’s
- Flexibility with date – allows up to one date change from original date booked and is subject to The Flower Carts availability.
- The client must allow a minimum 30 days notice of date change.
- The Flower Cart requires a 30% non-refundable retainer to secure our services.
- Full payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the original or revised date.
- We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this case, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
- It is understood The Flower Cart will act as the sole and exclusive Florist for your Wedding. By signing our contract, the client agrees that no other person or company, professional or otherwise, shall provide fresh or artificial floral products for the client’s ceremony or wedding reception without the consent of The Flower Cart.
- Please note we only take a limited number of weddings each year and our minimum spend is $4,000.
